Who qualifies for free shipping?
Any customer spending over $99 and lives in the continental United States qualifies for free shipping. When checking out, please select the free shipping method. There will be a shipping charge for any other selection.
What if I live in Alaska or Hawaii?
We can only ship to Alaska or Hawaii using the United States Postal Service. Please proceed to checkout for your shipping rates.

I live in Australia. Do I qualify for free shipping?
Sorry folks, unfortunately we can’t offer free shipping to anyone outside the continental US. International free shipping is not one of our options. Please proceed to checkout for your shipping rates. Once you enter your postal code you will be given your shipping rate.
When will my order ship?
If you place your order before 12 noon EST your order should ship that afternoon under normal circumstances. Any order placed after 12 noon EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday after 12 noon EST will ship the following Monday. This includes all express orders.
